Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot consider your refund or exchange request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened/undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging it was received in (where applicable).

- Perishable goods such as any food stuffs, flowers, etc,
- Health and personal care items,
- Newspapers, magazines, comics, books, etc,
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that is opened,
- Products that are intimate or sanitary goods,
- Hazardous materials,
- Flammable liquids or gases of any kind,
- Custom made-to-order items,
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer. They cannot assist you and have no reason to.
(if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected within 30 days of purchase, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.
(if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again please. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially cleared to your credit card OR contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is cleared to your bank account. (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded! Unfortunately sale items, items purchased with vouchers or any other "reduced original price" purchases are not eligible for refunds.
(if applicable) Because most of our merchandise is limited stock and/or rare & collectible and/or custom made-to-order, exchanges are not processed as standard and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of OobaKool. (if applicable) If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your qualifying return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a voucher will be emailed to you. Please note that If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a voucher to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
(if applicable) To return your product, you must courier your qualifying item/s to us. We will arrange for our courier to collect the package from you and bring it back to us for inspection and verification. You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we verify the fault was ours.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your qualifying exchanged product to reach you may vary.
